Coinbase announced on 20 October 2025 that it had acquired Echo, the onchain capital-raising platform founded by Cobie, for about $375 million in a mix of cash and stock. Echo’s private syndicate sales and Sonar public-sale product had supported roughly 300 deals and more than $200 million raised. Coinbase positioned Echo next to its earlier Liquifi purchase as infrastructure for token issuers from launch through fundraising and secondary markets.
