Everclear winds down foundation and labs
On 21 May 2026, Everclear announced it would cease operations of its foundation and development entities, the same day Syndicate Labs and ZERO Network also exited. Reporting said the cross-chain settlement protocol reached roughly $500 million in monthly volume but could not convert usage into enough commercial depth before runway expired.
