0x acquires Flood.bid and retires brand
0x’s official post on 15 May 2025 said it had acquired Flood.bid, calling the deal 0x’s first acquisition and stating Flood’s engineers would join 0x full-time while the Flood brand would be retired as the product integrated under 0x. CoinDesk reported the same day that 0x bought the Bain Capital Crypto-backed Ethereum DEX aggregator to strengthen routing; terms were not disclosed. flood.bid no longer resolves cleanly.
