The vote closed around 23 June 2026 with roughly 1.05 million GFI cast in favor and none against, according to The Block and governance records. The plan stops new protocol development and growth initiatives, redeems Prime investors, and shifts remaining work to recovering legacy borrower pools under a restructuring trust.
