Here Not There Labs rebrands as Towns Labs
Here Not There Labs built the Towns decentralized messaging stack and raised multiple rounds under the HNT Labs name, including a $10M Series B in April 2025. By May 2025 the development company aligned its corporate brand with the Towns Protocol, operating as Towns Labs. The legacy hntlabs.com domain now returns a hosting “Service Suspended” page, while towns.com and the Towns app remain live. Sail therefore retires the Here Not There hiring profile and points coverage to Towns Labs.
