Coinbase agrees to acquire Solana trading app Vector

Coinbase announced on 21 November 2025 an agreement to acquire Vector, a Solana onchain trading platform built by the Tensor team. Vector’s technology was slated to improve Coinbase’s DEX trading integration for newly issued Solana assets, while Vector’s standalone apps would be sunset. Coinbase said the Tensor Foundation would remain independent and continue stewarding the Tensor NFT marketplace and TNSR token outside the deal. Closing was expected by year-end 2025 under customary conditions.
