ZeroLend winds down lending markets after three years
ZeroLend announced on 17 February 2026 that it would gradually shut lending markets after three years of operation. Co-founder communications cited shrinking liquidity on early-supported chains, oracle providers discontinuing coverage, thin lending margins that produced prolonged losses, and increased hacker attention. Most markets were moved to 0% loan-to-value so borrowing stopped while withdrawals continued, and the team said it would pursue an orderly recovery path for assets stranded on illiquid networks.
