🙌🏼 What you will be doing

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager, who will be an owner of the end-to-end processes and have a real impact on the accounting side within Poland, the UK and IRE in our fast-growing environment.

🧩 What you will be working on

• performing accounts payable duties across all entities within the Group,
• processing invoices for the Group
• acting as the finance point of contact for all invoice, expense and payment queries,
• reconciling the accounts payable ledger
• invoice matching in Bank
• automating of AP processes to aid accuracy, payment on time and smoother Month End Close
• processing employee expenses
• manage AP systems(Net Suite, Approval Max, Zone OCR)
• ad hoc projects

🤟🏻 What you will bring

• 3 years of proven working experience in an accounts payable function within a fast-paced environment - because we grow fast,
• working independently and owning end-to-end processes, we value an entrepreneurial approach,
• understanding of accounting payable and bookkeeping principles,
• ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• hands-on experience with spreadsheets, and accounting software - it will be your everyday work environment.
• data entry skills, attention to the detail and problem-solving attitude - to connect all the dots and bring up the best possible solutions.
• Net Suite experience
