For this role, we are actively looking for bright, young talent who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their trading skills. Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
- Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
- Generate post-trade analysis reports.
- Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations.
- Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.
RequirementsBackground and experience
- Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

Recruitment Process
Our process is consistent across all roles and is designed to assess genuine technical depth. Candidates should expect the following stages
- Stage 1 : Online technical assessment
- Stage 2 : Onsite interview with the Trading team (60')
- Stage 3 : Wrap-up interview with TA (30’)
