THE ROLE: Procurement Analyst
The Procurement Analyst supports the owner’s procurement team in managing Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment and service packages for large-scale data center projects.
The role focuses on:
- Early procurement support
- Contract administration
- Vendor coordination
- Delivery tracking of critical equipment and services
RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement & Contract Administration
- Support procurement for equipment and service vendors, designers, and general contractors
- Assist in vendor prequalification, vetting, and shortlisting through bid analysis and commercial evaluation
- Support pricing reviews, negotiations, and award recommendations
- Assist with contract development, execution, and administration
- Create and manage RFPs, purchase orders, change orders, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
- Support vendor onboarding and site coordination
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with design, construction, and commissioning teams to align requirements with drawings, specs, and sequencing
- Track lead times, manufacturing progress, logistics, and delivery milestones
- Proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks
- Develop weekly reports and dashboards for cost, schedule, lead times, and supply-chain risks
- Monitor industry trends, vendor capacity, and market conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure (e.g., data centers, energy, utilities)
- OFCI procurement/management experience
- Proven success in supplier relationship management and negotiation of large-scale agreements
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including RFP/RFQ development, contract lifecycle management, and supplier performance metrics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred
- Vendor management knowledge
- ERP management experience
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 USD (commensurate with experience and market)
