Safe Software is looking for a strategic and execution-driven B2B Social ABM Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will own and lead Safe Software's social media presence as a performance channel, not just a publishing function. You will build and execute industry vertical social strategy that directly supports pipeline generation, sales alignment, and market amplification across our FME platform.
You will be working closely with the Demand Generation, Sales, BDRs, Account Managers, and cross-functional marketing team members to accelerate the customer buyer journey through targeted, insight-driven social campaigns rooted in demand generation, growth marketing, and ABM principles. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a marketer who thinks strategically, acts with urgency, and measures everything.
We have an immediate opening and are excited to find the right candidate to join our team.
About The Team
Our marketing team is dedicated to creatively and effectively communicating our brand's values and offerings. We aim to engage and connect with our target audience, driving brand awareness and business growth. Through innovative strategies, collaborative efforts, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs, we strive to position our company as a leader in our industry. Our focus is on delivering compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and support our company's objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a B2B Social ABM Marketing Specialist, you’ll have key responsibilities in the following areas:
Social Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Own B2B social strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels, mapped to ABM tiers — 1:1 named accounts, 1:Few industry segments, 1:Many demand generation
- Build demand generation content pillars tailored to key verticals including Government, Utilities, Transportation, and Telecommunications
- Run campaigns end to end: content briefing, scheduling, distribution, optimization, and reporting
Sales Alignment & Revenue Impact
- Partner with Sales, BDRs, and Account Managers to align social campaigns to active pipeline stages and account-level engagement signals
- Translate social engagement data into sales intelligence — surfacing warm accounts, high-intent signals, and advocacy opportunities
- Amplify customer wins, integration stories, and product use cases that support account penetration and expansion
LinkedIn & Community
- Own LinkedIn channel strategy across paid and organic, with audience targeting by vertical, job title, company size, and geography
- Reactivate Reddit as a strategic demand generation and community channel, building Safe Software's credibility in GIS, geospatial, and developer communities
Measurement & Optimization
- Report on social performance with clear attribution to pipeline and revenue, using social listening to surface trends, competitive activity, and customer sentiment
- Conduct regular SWOT analysis of Safe Software's social presence against competitors and industry benchmarks
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content development, audience research, and campaign ideation
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Safers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.
Required skills:
- 4+ years of B2B social media marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or data/analytics
- Track record building vertical social strategies tied to demand generation and pipeline goals — not just content calendars, and with a clear line to sales motions and pipeline outcomes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, organic LinkedIn strategy, and audience segmentation
- Working knowledge of ABM frameworks (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) and how social supports each tier
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills — able to define KPIs, build reports, and connect social activity to pipeline and revenue
- Excellent writer with strong content instincts
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing to Government, GIS/geospatial, or enterprise data and infrastructure audiences — bonus if you've worked with FME, spatial data, or ETL/integration platforms
- Reddit community management or other organic community-building experience
- Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate content, audience research, and campaign development
- Experience with social listening tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or similar)
