Here’s the Bit About the Opportunity
Our Business Development team is a key driver of success for the EMEA sales organization at Fireblocks. As an early member of a growing global team, you will generate interest with qualified prospects in the Netherlands, using outbound tactics to position Fireblocks as the industry leader.
At Fireblocks, you’ll work alongside and be mentored by top professionals in fintech and crypto. We provide extensive product and sales training to set you up for success in what we believe will be one of the most rewarding career moves you’ll ever make.
You’ll Be
- Engaging prospects via phone, personalized email, and video conferencing
- Identifying new accounts and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Partnering closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, improve lead qualification, and refine lead scoring
- Developing, testing, and iterating outbound campaigns to drive new opportunities
- Collaborating with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
- Supporting the Sales Engineering team with product demonstrations
- Maintaining detailed activity notes and ensuring data accuracy in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Representing Fireblocks at trade shows, conferences, and private events
(some travel required)
You’ll Bring
- Prior BDR/SDR experience within the technology sector (ideally software)
- Experience building pipeline through lead qualification and opportunity development
- Initiative to source opportunities using tools like LinkedIn and Drift
- Ability to quickly understand and pitch new products, focusing on value propositions
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Willingness to fail fast, take ownership, and learn quickly
Experience in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto is a plus but not required. We offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
