What you’ll do
- Develop community engagement strategies
- Organize events, activities, and discussions
- Work closely with moderators
- Collect and analyze community feedback
- Improve retention and activity
Requirements
- Experience managing Web3 communities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of crypto audiences
- Initiative (proactive mindset)
Compensation
- Depends on experience and location, but similar Web3 roles typically range from 25,000 – 40,000 USD per year.
