ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a data-driven professional to measure, understand, and improve the performance of our risk strategies. You’ll analyze complex datasets, design metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate across the business to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize outcomes.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and track metrics to monitor the performance of risk products and strategies
  • Conduct deep analyses to uncover insights that reduce fraud and increase approval rates
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
  • Build and experiment with ML models to identify fraudulent patterns and enhance detection
  • Collaborate with engineers on data instrumentation
  • Create and automate self-serve dashboards using BI tools
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering) to implement data-driven solutions aligned with business goals

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 7+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data science
  • Prior experience in the Fraud/Risk domain
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Metabase
  • Experience building ML models to solve business challenges
  • Ability to structure and analyze data using techniques like EDA and cohort analysis, and communicate insights effectively
  • Proficiency in defining and communicating performance metrics
  • Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a “getting-things-done” mindset
