ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a data-driven professional to measure, understand, and improve the performance of our risk strategies. You’ll analyze complex datasets, design metrics, build dashboards, and collaborate across the business to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and track metrics to monitor the performance of risk products and strategies
- Conduct deep analyses to uncover insights that reduce fraud and increase approval rates
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Build and experiment with ML models to identify fraudulent patterns and enhance detection
- Collaborate with engineers on data instrumentation
- Create and automate self-serve dashboards using BI tools
- Work with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering) to implement data-driven solutions aligned with business goals
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or data science
- Prior experience in the Fraud/Risk domain
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Metabase
- Experience building ML models to solve business challenges
- Ability to structure and analyze data using techniques like EDA and cohort analysis, and communicate insights effectively
- Proficiency in defining and communicating performance metrics
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a “getting-things-done” mindset
