As our Finance and Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across financial, human resources, and personal administrative tasks. What will you do?
Financial Administrative Tasks:
- Collaborate with different departments to provide advice on company resources and procedures.

- Maintain the general ledger by documenting business financial transactions and preparing entries for company accounts.
HR Support:
- Proactively suggest improvements to practices and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of time-off, annual leave, and other HR-related administrative records.
Personal Assistant (PA) Tasks:
- Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle appointment scheduling and assist with occasional travel arrangements.
