The Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly strategic, and systems-oriented Finance Manager, FP&A to join our finance team. This role serves as a strategic planning lead responsible for forecasting accuracy, operating model ownership, and resource optimization in a high-growth technology environment.
You will be a critical business partner to executive leadership, owning the full planning lifecycle from strategy through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in scaling finance functions, building complex financial models, and translating operational data into actionable strategy.
What You’ll Do
Operating Model Management
- Own and manage the Company Operating Model, serving as the annual plan and driver-based financial blueprint
Forecasting Leadership
- Lead quarterly and rolling forecasts aligned with operational metrics
Planning & Accountability
- Drive top-down strategic resource allocation and bottoms-up operational planning
- Enforce budget rigor, accuracy, and executive accountability
Advanced Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain complex models to evaluate ROI for infrastructure, product, and expansion initiatives
Profitability & Margin Analysis
- Lead margin and profitability analysis
- Define KPIs and identify key cost drivers across products and new business units
Strategic R&D Partnership
- Serve as finance partner to Engineering and Product leadership
- Manage R&D budgets, capex modeling, and capital allocation trade-offs
Executive Reporting & Strategic Analysis
- Develop and present executive-level financial materials
- Deliver insights on performance, risk, and long-term fiscal planning
Process & System Automation
- Lead FP&A automation initiatives
- Improve data quality, reporting speed, and planning efficiency
- Integrate planning tools with ERP systems and data warehouses
Team Development
- Mentor and develop junior FP&A team members
- Foster a culture of intellectual rigor and curiosity

What You’ll Need
- Experience: 7+ years in FP&A, ideally in high-growth tech or FinTech
- Financial Modeling: Expert-level modeling skills and ownership of company-wide operating models
- Technical Organization Support: Strong experience modeling R&D, infrastructure, engineering headcount, and capex
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Sheets and strong SQL proficiency
- Systems Experience: FP&A tools such as Runway, Mosaic, Anaplan, or Adaptive (preferred)
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ownership, clarity, and cross-functional accountability

- Salary Range: $145,000 – $177,000 per year
