Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate GTM launches across multiple functions.
- Manage campaign timelines and execution.
- Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
- Localize global campaigns for the local market.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
