About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, the Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong execution capabilities, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the key local stakeholder for paid media, working closely with performance teams on strategy, campaign reviews, performance analysis, and optimization opportunities across Meta, Google, DSPs, and other acquisition channels.
  • Plan and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-platform communications.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate users, including VIP customer segments.
  • Build and manage campaigns using internal marketing platforms and tools.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, activations, and VIP engagement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of projects from strategy development through execution and performance reporting.

What we look for in you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels including Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.
  • Highly execution-focused, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese or Korean is an advantage.
