THE ROLE: Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Development
As Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Development, you will lead TRM’s capital raising, investor engagement, and strategic transactions during a critical phase of growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will:
- Run equity, debt, and secondary processes
- Build and manage TRM’s investor relationships
- Identify and execute M&A opportunities that advance the business
- Represent TRM in high-stakes external conversations
- Partner closely with the executive team and Board on decisions shaping the company’s trajectory
This role is designed for someone who operates with ownership, judgment, and speed, ready to take on a high-impact leadership position at a category-defining company.
IMPACT YOU’LL HAVE
- Lead end-to-end execution of equity, debt, and secondary transactions (structuring, positioning, investor outreach, negotiations)
- Build and maintain deep, long-term investor relationships
- Define and execute TRM’s M&A strategy: identifying priority themes and targets, leading acquisitions and strategic transactions
- Partner with executive team and Board on capital structure, fundraising, and growth decisions
- Represent TRM in investor meetings, industry conferences, and other high-stakes settings
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10–15+ years in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, strategic finance, or corporate development
- Direct experience with equity financings, secondary transactions, and M&A at high-growth tech companies
- Proven ability to structure and execute high-stakes transactions with sound judgment
- Experience building and maintaining investor relationships and running an investor relations program
- Exceptional executive communication skills and presence
- Strong analytical foundation, including financial modeling and deal structuring
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; startup or scale-up experience preferred
