Key Responsibilities
- Assist with job posting and maintaining job information across recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and employee records.
- Assist with HR data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and presentations using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
- Support various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct basic research on HR-related topics, market practices, and recruitment channels.
- Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
