We are looking for an Industrial Integration Engineer to make our technology work with real machines, devices, partner environments, and early customer pilots.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone comfortable with hardware, field debugging, wiring, devices, customer sites, documentation, and real-world deployment constraints.
Responsibilities
- Integrate the company's edge, software, data, and user-facing systems with physical machines and devices.
- Set up and maintain demo units, test environments, and pilot hardware.
- Work with internal engineers and external partner technical teams.
- Support device interfaces, peripherals, payment-adjacent systems, sensors, screens, and connectivity components.
- Create integration notes, installation guides, test checklists, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Identify failure modes and help design reliable fallback behavior.
- Support field pilots and technical customer conversations.
Requirements
- Experience with industrial integration, hardware integration, vending machines, payment terminals, kiosks, retail automation, industrial IoT, field engineering, or machine deployment.
- Ability to debug hardware and software interactions.
- Comfort with electrical, mechanical, and software-adjacent troubleshooting.
- Ability to read technical documentation, wiring diagrams, device manuals, and API documentation.
- Experience with Linux devices, networking, sensors, peripherals, or machine interfaces.
- Spanish fluency required.
- Professional English required.
Must Haves
- Experience with vending machines, payment systems, telemetry, POS, kiosks, or unattended retail.
- Experience with machine retrofits, field installation, hardware testing, or pilot deployments.
- Experience working with operators, technicians, OEM engineers, or customer technical teams.
- Experience with logistics, spare parts, test labs, or hardware QA.
Success in the first 90 days
- You help set up the first integration environment.
- You get the prototype working with real machines or partner hardware.
- You identify the main integration risks for pilots.
- You create the first installation and testing checklist.
Success in the first 6-12 months
- The company can reliably support field integrations and pilot deployments.
- Customers and partners trust the technical execution.
- You become a key owner of integration and field readiness.
