Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify repetitive or manual workflows and prototype automation solutions using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude (via App UI or API) and/or other automation platforms (e.g. n8n)
- Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements and assist in designing dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase or Streamlit
- Support the development and maintenance of QCP's data warehouse on AWS Redshift, including data ingestion, transformation, and data pipeline management
- Support AI adoption across QCP by developing learning materials (guides, tip sheets, tutorials) and sharing bite-sized AI insights and use cases on internal Slack channels
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Familiarity with Python or R through coursework or personal/academic projects
- Exposure to SQL and working with cloud services (experience with AWS a plus)
- Some experience or interest in data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Streamlit, Tableau)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, whether through coursework, personal projects, or day-to-day use
- Basic familiarity with Git or version control
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging directly with business stakeholders
