About the Role
This is a startup, so the role won't stay static. You will own IT end-to-end, including devices, network, AV, and general sysadmin work, with real say in how it evolves. You will also work closely with security, so this role suits someone who wants their IT work to have a security-minded component. The scope of this position will grow along with the company.
Who you are and what you will do
- Manage our device fleet, including provisioning, patching, inventory, and support for a growing team
- Administer our network infrastructure: routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and general security hygiene
- Run our AV setup for meetings and events, and manage relationships with AV vendors
- Handle core sysadmin work, including user accounts, permissions, backups, and system monitoring
- Help assist with the management of our HVAC system and vendor
- Partner closely with security on endpoint protection, access controls, and policy
- Serve as the go-to person for IT support, troubleshooting quickly and clearly without a large team behind you

- $70k – $90k base, benchmarked at top-tier tech companies
