THE ROLE: Software Engineer – US Lending Technology
We are seeking talented Software Engineers to join our US Lending technology team. You will help build the next generation of crypto lending systems, working closely with Trading, Risk, and Prime services teams.
This role requires independent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ownership to see issues through to resolution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
- 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Excellent core Java skills
- Experience with Spring and Kafka
- Microservices development experience
- Code optimization and profiling skills
Bonus Points
- Development experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Risk Systems
- Knowledge of traditional financial products: Options, Forwards, Futures
- Docker / Kubernetes / AWS experience
- Knowledge of crypto and crypto products
- Experience with Perpetual Forwards (Perps) and On-Chain Borrows/Lends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 USD (commensurate with experience and market)
