Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven Marketing Operations who can own the execution side of marketing — from managing partners and agencies to ensuring commissions, invoices, and GST processes are completed efficiently.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is detail-oriented, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable working across marketing, partnerships, and finance teams.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner & Agency Management
- Coordinate with key partners, influencers, and agencies for campaigns
- Manage onboarding, communication, and execution of partnerships
- Track deliverables and assist in campaign execution
2. Payments, Commissions & GST
- Track and manage commissions, invoices, and payouts for partners and agencies
- Coordinate with internal finance teams for payment processing and GST compliance
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending invoices and payments
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions
3. Campaign Operations
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track performance and maintain reports for campaigns and partnerships
4. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Act as the bridge between marketing, finance, and external partners
- Proactively follow up to close loops — especially on payments, deliverables, and contracts
- Handle multiple stakeholders and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Influencer marketing / agency / startup operations / marketing ops
- Strong understanding of invoicing, commissions, and basic GST processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to follow through relentlessly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing agencies or partners
- Good to have exposure to fintech, trading, or crypto/Web3 ecosystem
- Experience in vendor management or partnerships
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot, or CRM systems
