Artemis is building the future of AI-driven defense – helping companies detect and defend themselves effectively in an era where AI is fighting AI on the cyber battlefield.
We're backed by First Round Capital, Brightmind, and a group of the cybersecurity industry's most prominent Operators.
Our founders, Shachar (ex-Palo Alto Networks, AWS, Demisto) and Dan (ex-Abnormal Security, Twitter) have previously built, launched, and scaled cybersecurity products loved and trusted by tens of thousands of customers, and have the customer, technology, and security know-hows to deliver this vision.
Our exceptionally strong team includes software engineers, AI researchers, security engineers, and product designers hailing from Google, Abnormal AI, Wiz, Meta, AWS, and SentinelOne.
We are growing our team and looking for passionate builders to join us and support our expanding customer base.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Artemis shows up in the market from the way we position our AI-driven detection and defense platform to the content, enablement, and GTM strategies that drive pipeline and accelerate deals.
This is a foundational role where you'll be building the product marketing function from the ground up. You'll be responsible for crafting the messaging and positioning that establishes Artemis as the defining company in AI-native security operations, and you'll own the outbound marketing activities that bring that story to life across every touchpoint: sales conversations, partner channels, industry events, and the content that builds our authority in the market.
The successful candidate will work closely with our co-founders, product, engineering, and sales teams to drive product and solution messaging that positions Artemis as a market and thought leader among CISOs, security engineers, and enterprise buyers navigating the shift to AI-driven defense.
Responsibilities
- Own product messaging and positioning - develop strongly differentiated positioning for Artemis' platform and solutions that resonates with security leaders and practitioners, and clearly articulates why legacy approaches can't keep up with AI-powered threats.
- Create high-impact content - write and develop white papers, solution briefs, case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces that build Artemis' credibility and drive inbound interest.
- Build sales and partner enablement - create the materials that make our sales team effective: battle cards, competitive briefs, pitch decks, objection handling guides, demo narratives, and training programs.
- Develop and execute GTM strategy - work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and partnerships to build and scale the go-to-market motions that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
- Present and represent Artemis externally - speak at industry events, contribute to cybersecurity publications, and position Artemis in analyst and media conversations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or a related role.
- Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity - you understand the buyer landscape, the competitive dynamics, and the language that security teams use and trust. Experience with SIEM/XDR, SOAR, detection, or threat intelligence products is a strong plus.
- Creative energy and strong problem-solving skills - you can take a complex, technical capability and turn it into a story that a CISO cares about and a security engineer believes.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and scaling GTM execution cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and channels.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing proficiency - the bar for content quality at Artemis is very high.
- Strong presentation skills with an energetic, confident presence - you'll be representing Artemis at events and in conversations with customers, analysts, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field. MBA is a plus but not required.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building the product marketing function at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Experience marketing AI/ML products to technical enterprise buyers.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape across SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR, and AI-native security platforms.
- Background in or deep exposure to SOC operations, detection engineering, or incident response workflows.
- Experience building analyst relations or driving category creation in an emerging market.
