About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to expand RevOps’ execution capacity across automation, systems integration, and analytics. This is a hands-on builder role focused on shipping production-grade workflows that reduce manual CRM burden, improve GTM data reliability, and increase seller productivity as we scale.
In this role, you will combine process automation (workflow orchestration and scripting), deep GTM tech stack fluency (CRM and adjacent tools), and data analysis (SQL + dashboards) to help teams move faster with cleaner, more trustworthy revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Identify manual GTM processes and build production-grade automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Python, custom scripts) that scale.
- AI & Systems Integration: Support AI-powered workflows and cross-system integrations across Salesforce, enrichment tools, forecasting systems, and CS platforms (APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns).
- Tool Optimization: Improve performance and configuration of core GTM systems, including Salesforce, BoostUp, Nue (CPQ), Groove, and related tooling.
- Reporting & Data Reliability: Strengthen forecast hygiene, CRM data integrity, and reporting accuracy to enable real-time GTM visibility.
- Rapid Experimentation: Partner with SDR and Sales leadership to scope, ship, and iterate on outbound automation experiments quickly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDR, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders to implement scalable process improvements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM systems role.
- Process automation expertise: Experience with tools like n8n, Python, and/or custom scripting, including building and maintaining scalable workflows.
- Tech stack knowledge: Hands-on experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Clay, and similar tools.
- Integration fluency: Strong understanding of cross-system integrations (APIs, auth, webhooks, data sync patterns, and modern orchestration approaches such as MCP servers).
- Data analysis strength: Proficiency with SQL, plus experience building dashboards and reporting in tools like Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to translate data into operational insights and clear recommendations.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
About the Team:
- The RevOps team is truly remote! We practice async communication and collaboration through various methods such as slack channels and documentation (Notion, etc.). It's important to note that the primary method for communication for this role with all relevant stakeholders will be through slack (text, voice notes and video messages across DMs and various channels). Additionally, RevOps is involved in a variety of live recurring meetings throughout the week (~8 hours). A few times a year we'll come together in-person to collaborate, with an opportunity to engage in-person more often if you're near a hub.
- As a globally distributed team, members may observe different timezones. However, most of the team will overlap between the hours of 11am - 5pm EST for meetings and collaboration. All team members, regardless of location must have at least 6 hour overlap with EST business hours.
Learn about TRM Speed in this position:
- Process Automation Implementation: When sales reps experience bottlenecks due to inefficient lead assignment, the Revenue Operations Analyst must quickly identify automation solutions (e.g., Salesforce workflow rules or Zapier integrations) to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
- Real-Time Reporting & Insights for Sales Performance: If a sales leader requests urgent pipeline visibility before an executive meeting, the analyst must rapidly pull and validate data, build an actionable dashboard, and ensure accurate insights are available in a short timeframe.
- Data Integrity & Issue Resolution: If a data sync error in Salesforce results in missing or duplicated leads, the analyst must quickly diagnose the issue, correct the data, and prevent revenue-impacting delays for sales and customer success teams.
Life at TRM
We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day.
TRM runs fast. Really fast. We’re a high‑velocity, high‑ownership team that expects clarity, follow‑through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and direct feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it often ships here in days.

AI Fluency at TRM
AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM.
We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks.
At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to:
- Accelerate repeatable workflows
- Structure and solve problems
- Improve output quality
- Increase speed and leverage
You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process.
Leadership Principles
We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They’re the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions.
- Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly.
- Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday.
- Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger.
