Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue ops, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear insights
- Comfort working with Claude Code, SQL, CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred), Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Metabase)
- Technically savvy; coding or scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript) is a strong plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to both build systems and execute within them
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; proactive, resourceful, and willing to “grab the ball”
Nice to Haves:
- Prior experience working with restaurants or hospitality operators
- Experience with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or partner-funded promotions
- Revenue operations or systems-building experience at a startup
- Hardware, inventory, or logistics coordination experience
