Requirements
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in deep content/research in finance, crypto, Web3, or related fields, with proven ability to produce mature mid-to-long-form articles or reports
- Solid understanding of macro markets, asset research, trading strategies, and product/technical topics (liquidity, security & compliance, etc.), capable of independent data-driven deep analysis
- Excellent English writing and structured expression skills; clear logic, professional and rigorous style, able to produce authoritative deep content
- Strong topic judgment and business sensitivity; proactive in aligning with real Product and Institutional needs
- Strong data orientation; accustomed to iterating content based on completion rates, citations, SEO, and business feedback
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with ToB / institutional client content, or previous deep content that has been cited by institutional clients, media, or KOLs
- Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, and brand communication
- Experience in fully managing white papers, annual reports, or series specials
- Good Chinese reading/writing ability preferred (for bilingual content support)
