Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and initiatives
- Design and execute growth strategies across user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
- Manage operational projects end to end, from planning and coordination to execution, monitoring, and post-launch review
- Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and marketing to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Track key product and growth metrics, and provide regular data analysis and insights
- Collect user feedback and market intelligence to support product and operational improvements
- Mentor and support junior team members in daily work, project execution, and operational thinking
- Support feature launches, operational campaigns, and other strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant experience in operations, growth, product operations, or related functions
- Proven ability to manage projects end to end with strong ownership and execution skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
