WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create memorable experiences - Craft personalized onboarding journeys that set our team members up for success from day one
- Navigate global compliance - Partner with our legal team to ensure our people practices align with diverse regulatory requirements across the regions where our team members live and work
- Develop our compensation philosophy - Shape how we think about compensation and benefits in ways that reflect our values and global nature
- Champion our culture - Foster an environment where diverse perspectives thrive and our values are lived daily
- Measure what matters - Go beyond traditional people ops metrics to understand what truly drives engagement, performance, and retention
- Design for growth - Create development pathways that help our team members continuously evolve their skills and impact
- Enable performance - Build systems and rhythms that help team members receive meaningful feedback and grow professionally
ABOUT YOU
- You've spent 5+ years in people operations, ideally in fast growing, remote-first companies
- You have practical knowledge of employment considerations across different regions and can work with specialists e.g. Deel to implement compliant solutions
- You're deeply curious about what makes organizations effective and people thrive
- You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where needed
- You combine empathy with analytical rigor when solving complex people challenges
- You communicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach across cultures and backgrounds
- Have helped scale a company through periods of rapid growth
- You're fluent in English and can build relationships across time zones and cultures

- Experience in Web3
