Our Subscriptions team focuses on expanding recurring revenue streams and improving customer lifetime value by designing and launching compelling membership models, benefits, and payment experiences across our product ecosystem.
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives end to end. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform while driving global impact through product launches.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, P&L, and success metrics for all subscription and membership offerings.
- Define, execute, and analyze A/B tests across pricing, feature gating, trial periods, and payment flows to improve conversion and retention.
- Create and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic priorities.
- Design, test, and launch new tiered subscription models, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to drive enrollment and reduce churn.
- Analyze subscription performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform roadmap prioritization.
- Define features, write product specifications, facilitate user studies, manage the backlog, and ship products and features on time.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to manage subscription economics, including KPIs such as LTV:CAC, and to measure the impact of pricing and feature changes.
- Strong technical understanding of payment gateways and recurring billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora), including integration requirements.
- A data-informed work style balanced with a compassionate, user-centered perspective.
- Passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiences.
- Experience shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
- Strong collaboration skills with Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: domain knowledge in the subscription economy, loyalty programs, or direct experience managing products with significant recurring revenue.
