Senior Blockchain Engineer (Ethereum / Web3 / Smart Contracts) – Real Estate Platform
Description
We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Engineer to join our team and help build a next-generation real estate investment platform powered by Web3 technology.
This role involves developing secure smart contracts, building decentralized applications (dApps), and contributing to a scalable blockchain infrastructure.
Project Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Type: Full-time or Part-time (10–15 hrs/week minimum)
- Location: Remote
- Budget:
- Full-time: $10,000 – $18,000/month
- Part-time: $70 – $120/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts (Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc.)
- Build and optimize dApps interacting with blockchain networks
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new features
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices
- Improve performance of existing blockchain systems
- Research and apply new blockchain technologies
- Provide technical guidance on blockchain architecture
Requirements
- Strong experience with Solidity, Rust, Go, or C++
- Solid understanding of EVM and/or Solana
- Experience with Ethereum, Bitcoin, Hyperledger
- Knowledge of distributed systems and cryptography
- Experience with Web3 tools (web3.js, MetaMask, Infura, etc.)
- Familiarity with consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, etc.)
- Strong focus on smart contract security
- Experience working in remote teams (Git, Jira, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Experience building DeFi, NFT, or real estate tokenization platforms
- Familiarity with scalable blockchain architectures
- Passion for Web3, gaming, or digital economies
