Do you want to be part of the future of value transfer? Are you excited about solving problems that have never been solved before? Are you looking for a values led company, which cares about the growth of its employees? In this role you’ll be the driver of building our world class sales and marketing teams.

The impact you will have:

In this newly created role you’ll be pivotal to shaping Elliptic’s growth in The Americas. You’ll be an outstanding cross-functional talent partner who helps us build in the US. You’ll combine using your market knowledge and AI fluency to embed and run seamless processes at scale with creating compelling candidate experiences. Your success will be defined less by specialism and more by your ability to manage a complex, balanced workload across diverse stakeholder groups, moving fluidly between functions while maintaining consistently high quality.

What you will do:

  • Be a key business partner to global leaders, particularly supporting our New York and Washington based leadership across functions. You'll shape their experience, manage expectations, and be an owner of talent partnerships
  • Deliver key hires. You’ll personally manage critical hires across New York, Washington and other target hubs managing a complex workload
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement leaning on our outstanding communication skills in person and async to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Up level our capability and assessment. You’ll be someone who understands tooling and technology as an enabler. You’ll be AI fluent and inquisitive. You’ll use Claude to shape the way we work
  • Use data to drive better outcomes, from pipeline data to market intelligence and footprint planning you’ll move fast based on your experience to drive data driven decisions

What you will achieve in the first 6 months:

  • Establish yourself as a key talent business partner
  • Develop a clear view of the US talent landscape across your functional remit and use that insight to advise stakeholders on hiring strategy and market reality
  • Identify and embed AI in our processes and systems to deliver efficiencies and give time to the team to focus on partnerships
  • Support the VP of Talent in key projects and planning
  • Deliver critical hires which help us deliver on our goals
  • Identify tooling and sourcing methods which directly engage high quality and marketing talent scalably

You will be a great fit here if you:

  • Have a strong track record of delivering critical US hires in a fast-paced fintech, Web3 or SaaS organisation
  • Are genuinely curious about AI and how it can transform recruiting — whether as a user of emerging tools or as a builder of automations and workflows
  • Are comfortable operating at the most senior levels of a business — advising C-suite stakeholders and representing Talent in leadership forums
  • Bring experience; formal or informal, delivering key talent projects and headcount planning
  • Thrive in environments of ambiguity. You are a self-starter who sets the agenda rather than waiting for direction.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A track record of consistent recruiting experience with demonstrable expertise in cross-functional US hiring, ideally in digital assets, fintech, or crypto/Web3 in organisations focused on building talent density
  • Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level revenue leaders as a strategic talent advisor, not just an order-taker.
  • Been building in AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows and experiences. You’ll also have trialed agentic
  • Deep proficiency in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Strong data literacy: you use metrics to tell stories, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience as a people manager who has made the conscious choice to return to an IC role and thrives in that environment.
  • Experience operating in a global context hiring for hybrid roles in competitive talent markets
  • Experience of running and presenting talent intelligence campaigns supporting footprint planning
