Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for our Engineering, Product and Security organizations. This individual will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top technical talent while partnering closely with engineering leaders to support the company's rapid growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record of recruiting software engineers and technical leaders in high-growth technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or crypto companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment to build local Engineering and Product teams.
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for software engineers, engineering managers, architects, DevOps, data engineers, QA, front-end developers, product managers and technical leadership roles.
  • Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence research across the Philippines and regional markets.
  • Develop strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Strengthen Coins' employer brand within engineering and technology communities.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders on strategic and hard-to-fill technical hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with significant focus on Engineering and Technology hiring.
  • Proven success recruiting software engineers and technical leadership talent.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, internet, or cryptocurrency companies.
  • Strong sourcing capability utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Ability to assess technical talent and partner effectively with engineering leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
  • Excellent English communication and interviewing skills.
  • Experience recruiting across Southeast Asia is a strong advantage.
