Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Senior TA Partner at Fireblocks, you will be an integral member of the People team at Fireblocks, which is at the core of building a world-class organization. We partner closely with leaders across the business to attract, hire, and retain top talent globally. As a fast-growing company, our team drives strategic hiring efforts, cultivates an exceptional candidate experience, and ensures scalable recruiting practices. You will be a key contributor to our London-based team, ensuring we continue to win the "war for talent" in one of the world's most competitive technology hubs.
What You’ll Do
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for our London team, managing the process from initial kickoff through to successful onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers across a wide range of disciplines to build effective and diverse hiring pipelines.
- Act as a collaborative partner within the London office, providing market insights and hiring best practices to ensure a high-signal and efficient interview process.
- Source and engage high-potential talent through creative research and networking, looking beyond traditional channels to find specialized professionals.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for Fireblocks and ensuring every applicant has a positive journey.
- Collaborate with the global TA team to share knowledge and ensure regional hiring aligns with our global mission and quality standards.
- Maintain high data integrity within our recruitment tech stack (Greenhouse) and leverage modern tools to streamline scheduling and operations.
- Support local employer branding initiatives to help position Fireblocks as the top choice for talent in the UK market.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with a solid background in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, demonstrating the agility to pivot between technical roles and business-focused functions.
- Deep understanding of the London technology talent market and a strong grasp of local hiring trends and competitive landscapes.
- Experience in the Crypto, Fintech, or Web3 space is highly preferred, along with a genuine interest in the digital asset industry
- A "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset with the ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a high bar for talent quality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex offer negotiations.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, and a forward-thinking approach to using AI-driven tools for sourcing and efficiency.
- Ability and willingness to work from our London office 3 days a week to collaborate effectively with the local team.
