THE ROLE: Recruiter
As a Recruiter on TRM’s Talent team, you will drive TRM’s ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Engineering, Data Science, GTM, and People teams. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of talent acquisition.
Impact You’ll Have
- Build a high-velocity recruiting engine to efficiently identify and hire exceptional talent
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple roles and teams
- Create positive candidate experiences at every touchpoint
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier candidates
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase hiring efficiency
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups
- Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and market data to optimize hiring strategies
- Quick to familiarize with new roles, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and manage expectations
- Skilled at building trust and acting as a strategic hiring partner
- Results-oriented mindset with persistence to follow up on passive leads and meet ambitious outreach targets
- Role may require onsite presence in San Francisco up to 3 days/week
ABOUT THE TEAM
- Fully remote team, leveraging async communication via Slack, documentation, and proactive updates
- Structured alignment with weekly hiring syncs, sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings
- Dedicated to best practices and data quality, providing exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders
- Globally distributed with collaboration overlap 7am–12pm PST
- All team members maintain at least 4-hour overlap with PST business hours
TRM SPEED IN THIS POSITION
- Within 72 hours of receiving a position: schedule intake meeting, open ATS position, post description, design interview process, configure interview plan
- Within 1 week: conduct 5–10 recruiter screens, perform first hiring team sync for calibration
- Within 2 weeks: analyze data from initial interviews, refine strategies, monitor and adjust approach until position is filled
COMPENSATION
- Base salary range: $153,000 - $172,000 (US-based)
- Eligible for TRM equity plan
- Compensation may vary for other geographies
