About the Role
We’re seeking someone who can produce high-volume, scroll-stopping short-form video content for a consumer crypto app. This isn't brand documentary work — it's performance creative. You'll be making the videos that show up in paid channels, organic social, and in-product surfaces, then iterating based on what the data says.
What You'll do
- Produce 15-30+ short-form videos per week across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad formats
- Work from creative briefs and performance data to rapidly concept, shoot/source, edit, and ship
- Build a library of hooks, formats, and templates that can be tested and remixed at speed
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand what's converting and double down
- Source and direct UGC creators when needed
- Stay obsessively current on trending formats, sounds, and native platform patterns
What You Bring
- A portfolio of short-form work with demonstrable performance results (views, engagement, conversion — not just vibes)
- Expert-level proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for fast turnaround editing
- Strong instinct for hooks — you understand the first 1-2 seconds determine everything
- Comfort working at high volume with rapid feedback loops
- Understanding of direct response principles (even if you wouldn't call it that)
- Bonus: Experience in gaming, fintech, or consumer app verticals
Note: This role is not a fit for you if you primarily do polished brand films, need long lead times, or think of creative as something separate from performance.
