ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for a new data center build, owning day-to-day site operations across complex, utility-intensive infrastructure and vertical construction. This role is responsible for driving schedule, coordinating trades, and ensuring disciplined execution in a high-stakes, mission-critical environment.
Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through commissioning
- Own schedule execution, sequencing, and milestone delivery across multiple trades
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity
- Oversee installation of critical infrastructure including underground utilities, power, and telecom systems
- Partner with engineering, design, and inspection teams to resolve field issues in real time
- Enforce strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance across all site operations
- Manage daily reporting, production tracking, and progress against schedule
- Ensure quality control, inspections, and successful turnover for commissioning
- Drive accountability across crews to maintain pace, precision, and execution standards
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience supervising large-scale sitework and/or data center construction projects
- Strong background in heavy civil, underground utilities, and infrastructure sequencing
- Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors on fast-paced job sites
- Deep understanding of CPM scheduling and production-driven execution
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, inspection, and utility stakeholders
- Hands-on leader with a strong track record of safety ownership and zero-incident culture
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure, milestone-driven environments
- Detail-oriented with strong command of drawings, specs, and field problem-solving
- Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure (power, fiber, telecom, etc.) preferred
