Role Overview

Nexus is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to support our rapid growth across Engineering, Product, and Research teams. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-impact technical roles while driving sourcing strategies in the LATAM region and beyond.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensure operational excellence in the hiring process, and help scale our world-class technical organization as we build the future of the Verifiable Internet.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research functions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring goals.
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to the LATAM talent market, with a focus on passive outreach and technical communities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with local universities, tech communities, online forums, and events across LATAM.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups or established tech companies.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and close top technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering top-tier talent and exceptional candidate experiences.
