The team
Kraken's Treasury Operations team sits at the intersection of on-chain infrastructure, banking networks, and internal systems - safeguarding client and corporate assets, managing liquidity across fiat and digital rails, and ensuring operational resilience across trading products and jurisdictions. We're a dynamic team focused on building scalable infrastructure, strengthening internal controls, and enabling innovative financial products in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
We're looking for a Treasury Operations Manager, Product Enablement to join our Treasury Operations team remotely! In this role, you will design, implement, and scale treasury processes for new products, asset launches, and geographic expansions. You'll ensure every new product is operationally ready, covering liquidity, capital, reconciliation, and controls, before it goes live. As an individual contributor, you'll lead treasury workstreams across product, finance, and engineering teams, serving as the treasury subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives while providing strategic insights to senior leaders.

The opportunity

Lead end-to-end treasury fund flow design and implementation for new products, asset launches, and geo-expansions, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations

Evaluate liquidity, capital, and funding impacts of complex new products - including margin, derivatives, staking, custody, and OTC - driving efficient capital allocation decisions

Architect and oversee treasury workflows spanning wallet infrastructure (hot/cold/custodial), banking integrations, liquidity rebalancing mechanisms, and settlement processes

Establish internal control procedures for safeguarding assets, managing counterparty exposure, and supporting regulatory obligations

Drive treasury policy and documentation strategy, ensuring alignment with product evolution, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices

Lead the operational readiness and knowledge transfer of new product flows, ensuring seamless transition into steady-state business operations post-launch

Identify automation opportunities within treasury and product flows and partner with Finance Transformation, Engineering, Tax, and Regulatory Legal teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and transparency
Skills you should HODL
-
7+ years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Capital Markets Operations, Finance Operations, or Consultancy. Ideally within Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, or Digital Asset platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field required

Strong understanding of digital asset mechanics including on-chain transactions, wallet management, blockchain explorers, and custodial models

Strong knowledge of fiat payment rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, wires) and liquidity management practices
-
Experience implementing internal controls in high-volume transactional environments

Deep commercial acumen with hands-on experience across trading platforms and financial products including spot, derivatives, futures, and prime brokerage,

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to build relationships and drive results across complex, cross-functional environments

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables, & V-Lookup, Google suite
Nice to haves

MBA, CPA or CFA preferred

Experience using ERP systems such as Netsuite or SAP

Familiarity with treasury management systems and blockchain analytics tools

Knowledge of SQL or experience working with data teams

Experience supporting regulated entities and multi-jurisdictional operations

Proficiency with Lucidchart or other diagramming software
