Who You Are
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be one of the key people responsible for Coins.ph’s crypto trading operations, ensuring customers receive both liquidity and best execution. In your role, you will have full ownership of key account management, driving both relationship building and commercial effectiveness.
You will manage our most important clients, provide exceptional service, and support their trading needs. The results from your efforts will directly impact the performance, growth, and reputation of the company.
You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines, with a strong ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You leverage data to drive key strategic decisions and continuously iterate on ideas alongside other members of our trading, finance, and engineering teams.
