Role Overview

As a Web3 Full Stack Engineer at Blockchain Game Alliance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications and blockchain-integrated systems. You will work closely with designers, product managers, blockchain engineers, and community teams to build innovative Web3 gaming products and infrastructure.

This role requires strong experience across both frontend and backend development, along with a solid understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contract integrations, APIs, and decentralized applications (dApps).

You will contribute to the development of scalable Web3 platforms that support digital assets, NFTs, virtual economies, wallet connectivity, and blockchain-based gaming ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications for Web3 gaming platforms
• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
• Develop secure and efficient backend services, APIs, and database architectures
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to create intuitive user experiences

Blockchain & Web3 Integration

• Integrate blockchain functionality into web applications and gaming platforms
• Work with wallet connection systems such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, or similar providers
• Interact with smart contracts and decentralized protocols using Web3 libraries
• Develop and maintain NFT-related features, marketplace integrations, and digital asset systems
• Ensure secure transaction handling and blockchain communication

Smart Contract Collaboration

• Collaborate with blockchain engineers on smart contract integrations and deployment workflows
• Assist in testing and debugging blockchain-related functionality
• Support contract interaction layers and decentralized application infrastructure
• Help optimize blockchain transaction performance and user experience

Backend & Infrastructure

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time systems
• Design scalable server-side architectures and database systems
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Work with cloud services, DevOps pipelines, and deployment infrastructure

Team Collaboration

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and sprint planning
• Collaborate closely with remote cross-functional teams
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning
• Maintain clear technical documentation and development standards

Innovation & Research

• Stay updated on the latest Web3, blockchain, gaming, and metaverse technologies
• Explore emerging trends related to NFTs, decentralized economies, Layer 2 solutions, and blockchain gaming infrastructure
• Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance platform scalability and user engagement

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Experience building backend systems using Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, or Redis
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services

Web3 & Blockchain Experience

• Understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and smart contracts
• Experience working with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, Wagmi, or Viem
• Familiarity with Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or other blockchain ecosystems
• Experience integrating crypto wallets and NFT functionality
• Understanding of blockchain security and transaction workflows

Development & Collaboration

• Experience using Git, GitHub, pull requests, and code review workflows
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Comfortable working in fully remote environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing blockchain gaming platforms or NFT marketplaces
• Familiarity with Solidity or smart contract development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows
• Experience with multiplayer gaming systems or real-time applications
