What We Value:

We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.

  • Seek Excellence.
  • Be Selective To Be Effective.
  • Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
  • Disagree Transparently.
  • Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
  • Build Dream Teams.

Who You Are:

You’re an early-career IT professional who loves solving problems and helping people. You take pride in delivering exceptional support while continuously looking for smarter, faster ways to work. You’re comfortable getting hands-on with systems, scripting small automations, and improving day-to-day workflows. This role offers a pathway into Systems, Security, or Infrastructure Engineering for candidates who demonstrate strong technical curiosity and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work onsite in our London office five days per week, collaborating closely with colleagues across teams
  • Provide high-quality deskside and remote support to Galaxy employees for hardware and software issues
  • Deliver white-glove support to executive users while proactively improving their technical experience
  • Perform laptop and mobile device imaging, configuration, and deployment (macOS, Windows, and iOS)
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, asset tracking, and SaaS administration
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including VPN, DNS, Wi-Fi, and proxy-related behavior across managed devices
  • Support conference room and AV technology, ensuring meeting spaces are reliable and executive calls run without friction
  • Partner with Security, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth IT operations in a highly technical, fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with global support teams to refine shared processes, establish standards, and improve efficiency
  • Develop lightweight tools or scripts to automate repetitive workflows and reduce ticket volume (a plus, not a core expectation)
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and assist with off-hours projects as needed
  • Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work

What We’re Looking For:

  • An early-career professional in a technical support or helpdesk role, including deskside or trade floor experience
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and how enterprise network security tools can affect application behavior
  • Experience with cloud identity platforms and directory services — user provisioning, group management, and access control
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, OneDrive, and related productivity tools
  • Some exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar) or a genuine drive to develop those skills
  • Some experience with ITSM or ticketing systems and an understanding of SLA-driven support workflows
  • Excellent customer service skills — patient, proactive, and positive under pressure — with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • A strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset, comfortable supporting a range of users including executives and traders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points:

  • Exposure to Git, APIs, RESTful services, or automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with common enterprise SaaS platforms for communication, project management, and file collaboration
  • Experience supporting trading floor environments or other low-tolerance, high-availability user populations
  • Any relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, ITIL, or similar)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
  • Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees and their eligible dependents
  • Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions
  • Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
  • Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
  • Employee Resource Groups

*Benefits may vary depending on location.
