Xbnk is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team in a fully remote role.
What You’ll Do
- Design beautiful, intuitive end-to-end experiences across our web and mobile apps.
- Own the full journey — from early concepts to shipped features and continuous improvements.
- Simplify complex financial flows (crypto wallets, swaps, cards, onboarding) into clear and elegant interfaces.
- Build and scale a design system that ensures consistency and speed across the product.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to move fast and ship with quality.
- Use data, user insights, and experimentation to refine and improve the experience.
- Integrate AI into your workflow to accelerate design, prototyping, and iteration.
- Continuously raise the bar for design quality, usability, and trust.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio of high-quality, shipped digital products.
- Strong expertise in Figma and scalable design systems.
- Deep understanding of UX, user behavior, and complex product flows.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer apps.
- You actively use AI tools to enhance your workflow and productivity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment — you move quickly, iterate, and deliver.
Nice to Have
- Experience with crypto products, wallets, or trading platforms.
- Motion design or micro-interactions.
- Experience building internal tools or automated workflows.
- Mobile-first design experience.
