ABOUT THE ROLE

As the primary lead of Cloud Commercialization, you will lead the end-to-end execution of massive GPU reservation agreements, often reaching nine-figure contract values. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance computing, energy infrastructure, and corporate finance. You aren't just selling a service; you are securing the compute capacity that allows organizations to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Negotiate & Sign:**Lead the commercial negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Reserved Capacity contracts for H100, H200, and Blackwell clusters.
  • **Strategic Positioning:**Differentiate Highrise AI against competitors like CoreWeave and Lambda by leveraging Hut 8’s vertical integration (direct energy ownership).
  • **Capacity Planning:**Coordinate with Infrastructure and Finance teams to ensure that signed agreements align with physical deployment tranches and power availability.
  • **Executive Stewardship:**Act as the face of Highrise AI for C-suite stakeholders at Hyperscalers and Top-Tier AI labs, managing the relationship from initial term sheet to final execution.
  • **Market Intelligence:**Monitor the "Compute-as-a-Service" market to ensure our pricing models and SLA structures remain the gold standard for reliability and performance.

About You

You are a sophisticated deal-maker who thrives in high-stakes environments. You understand that "AI Infrastructure" is as much about energy and legal precision as it is about chips. You have the "closer" DNA required to navigate complex procurement cycles while maintaining the strategic vision to build long-term partnerships.

Your Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships within the Cloud, IaaS, or Data Center sectors. You must have personal experience leading $50M+ TCV negotiations.
  • You have a deep understanding of the AI stack, including GPU interconnectivity (InfiniBand/RoCE) and the specific infrastructure requirements of LLM training vs. inference.
  • You are an expert at contract redlining, particularly regarding liability, uptime guarantees, and the financial nuances of "Compute vs. Cash" trade-offs.
  • You appreciate the value of vertical integration. You can explain to a customer why "owning the power" makes Highrise a more reliable partner than asset-light providers.
