About the Team
The Market Operations team oversees launch strategy, growth, and ongoing market management for World globally. This team deploys and manages Orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for local Operators.
Mission: onboard active users and build a globally inclusive identity and financial network.
About the Role
At Tools for Humanity (TFH), we are building the real human network to accelerate every human in the age of AI. The Market Operations team—including Expansion, Growth Operations, and Central Operations—is at the forefront of launching and scaling World globally.
As Business Development Manager, Western Europe, you will define and drive regional growth through high-impact strategic partnerships. Working closely with General Managers and country Operations Leads, you will identify new business opportunities across UK, Spain, Italy, and Portugal, build and manage partnerships, and lead end-to-end execution that expands the footprint of World’s core offerings.
This role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn ideas into measurable growth.
Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Sourcing
- Identify high-impact partnership opportunities across Western Europe
- Map partner ecosystems (delivery, mobility, fintech, VC networks, etc.)
- Evaluate partner fit, build business cases, and define expansion strategies
Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing partners
- Structure deals and design partnership models
- Serve as a trusted partner lead throughout the partnership lifecycle
Execution & Scaling
- Lead cross-functional alignment (Ops, Legal, Product, Marketing, Country GMs)
- Launch and scale partnerships
- Track milestones, monitor performance, report results, and iterate models
Strategy & Playbooks
- Develop and maintain regional partnership strategies and playbooks
- Pilot new models and build scalable, repeatable frameworks
Performance Measurement
- Define KPIs and success metrics
- Build dashboards and reports
- Optimize partnership performance using data-driven insights
External Representation
- Represent World externally across Western Europe
- Engage senior partner executives
- Build strong networks across VC, fintech, delivery, and related ecosystems
Internal Enablement
- Support Legal, Marketing, Product, and Ops teams with partner context
- Surface regional insights and ensure internal readiness

Qualifications

- Based in London with willingness to travel across Western Europe
