PR program

  • Day-to-day management of the PR agency: briefing, prioritization, performance, and keeping delivery on strategy
  • Working with the agency, build and maintain relationships with tier-one journalists across business, crypto, fintech, and payments beats globally
  • Lead earned media activity for major announcements including funding rounds, product launches, research reports, and regulatory developments
  • Monitor competitive PR activity across TRM Labs and Chainalysis and flag implications to the Director of Communications
  • Own PR reporting: coverage quality, share of voice, and digital PR metrics including backlink quality and LLM visibility

Digital PR and AI/LLM visibility

  • Partner with content and growth teams who track Elliptic’s presence across LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) and feed insights back into the PR program where relevant.

Executive visibility and thought leadership

  • Working with the Director of Communications and PR Agency, create and manage LinkedIn content programs for key executives (CEO, CSO), including editorial strategy, ghostwriting, cadence management, and engagement monitoring, producing content that sounds authentically like each individual, not like a corporate feed

  • Maintain the executive message house for each priority spokesperson, ensuring consistent narrative across LinkedIn, speaking slots, media interviews, and analyst briefings
  • Identify and manage a pipeline of speaking, podcast, and roundtable opportunities
  • Track and report on executive share of voice, LinkedIn audience growth, engagement quality, and speaking performance; use data to continuously improve the program

Analyst and industry relations

The Director of Communications will set the approach; you will run the programme day to day.

  • Coordinate analyst briefing schedules and ensure the right people from product, commercial, and communications are prepared and aligned
  • Track coverage and citations across analyst outputs; report on how Elliptic is described relative to competitors and feed intelligence back to the business

  • Support preparation for regulatory consultations, parliamentary or congressional engagements, and policy events as required
