This is a full-time on-site role based in Manila for a Head of Sales. The successful candidate will lead and drive the overall sales strategy, oversee revenue growth initiatives, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, optimizing sales processes, forecasting performance, and collaborating with marketing and internal teams to align efforts and support business growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client business objectives, brand guidelines, and marketing goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their advertising and marketing objectives.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media, strategy, and production.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for campaigns and projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present campaign plans, reports, and updates to clients.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Translate client briefs into clear internal project briefs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop effective campaigns.

Financial Management

  • Manage account budgets and ensure profitability of projects.
  • Track project costs, billing, and revenue for assigned accounts.
  • Assist with proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations when necessary.

Internal Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment across departments for smooth project execution.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for account growth and new business.

General Responsibilities

  • Act as a marketing and sales generalist, supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and creative teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Perform administrative, operational, or project-based support when necessary
  • Other tasks may be assigned as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or agency account management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in AI, or emerging technology is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in an advertising or creative agency environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, media planning, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
