You Will
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memorandums and regulatory updates.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation.
- Review and maintain internal policies, guidelines, templates and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day legal operations including document management, internal stakeholder queries, corporate secretarial matters and other administrative duties.
- Support cross-functional projects, new business initiatives and ad hoc legal matters.
- Assist in coordination with external counsel.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised university.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to or interest in financial regulations or digital assets is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks, including routine and administrative work.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a close-knit team and support cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle unfamiliar tasks in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
- Good communication, research and analytical skills.
